Recolly AI is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that helps Users set reminders, manage tasks, and receive automated notifications.
The Controller may provide additional digital products or services in the future. Use of any such services will also be governed by these Terms.
The Controller reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
Introduce new features or f.unctionalities without prior notice
Perform routine maintenance to ensure the proper operation of the service.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, Users agree to:

All content, designs, features, and functionalities provided by Recolly AI or other Controller services are the exclusive property of VL TECH LIMITED and are protected under Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the Controller.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VL TECH LIMITED shall not be liable for:
